Returns & Exchanges

At Nacyy.in, we strive to ensure you love every purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Return / Exchange

• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unworn and in original condition.

• Items must be returned with original packaging, tags and invoice.

• Products showing signs of use, damage or alteration will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products purchased during special sales or clearance offers (if applicable).

• Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

Exchange Policy

We have a 7 day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days.

• Exchanges are allowed for size issues or manufacturing defects (subject to stock availability).

• If the requested size is unavailable, store credit or refund may be provided.

• Exchange shipping charges (if applicable) may be borne by the customer.

• Share your Order ID and reason for return

Our team will guide you through the return process.

Refund Policy

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

• Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer.

Important Notes

• Nacyy.in reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy criteria.

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
